RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final.

Due to the collectible, vintage, limited-edition, and condition-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Failure to read descriptions
  • Failure to review photographs
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Packaging wear
  • Manufacturing variations
  • Perceived grading differences
  • Market value fluctuations

PRODUCT CONDITION

All items are sold AS IS.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs and product descriptions before making a purchase.

Product condition assessments are our good-faith opinion and may differ from a customer's expectations.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • A materially incorrect item, or
  • An item that was substantially damaged before shipment and not disclosed in the listing,

you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery occurring after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery disputes.

CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in supporting documentation being provided to the payment processor, including order records, shipment records, tracking information, product photographs, and customer communications.

POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
