1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from Rad Era Collectibles ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or purchase products from us.

2. PRODUCTS

Rad Era Collectibles sells collectible items, memorabilia, vintage goods, trading cards, toys, games, and related products.

Many items may be pre-owned, vintage, discontinued, rare, or subject to normal wear, manufacturing defects, packaging imperfections, aging, or other condition-related characteristics.

All products are offered subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify offerings at any time without notice.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES

We strive to describe and photograph all products accurately and in good faith.

However:

Product descriptions represent our opinion and assessment of the item's condition.
Photographs may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.
Minor flaws, imperfections, wear, discoloration, packaging damage, manufacturing variations, or age-related conditions may not be visible in photographs.
Grading assessments are subjective and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all descriptions and photographs before purchasing.

4. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all products are sold AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and AS AVAILABLE.

By purchasing from Rad Era Collectibles, you acknowledge that collectible items may contain imperfections, defects, wear, age-related deterioration, manufacturing variations, packaging damage, or other condition issues.

You accept the item in its present condition.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAD ERA COLLECTIBLES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OF PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
UNINTERRUPTED WEBSITE ACCESS

NO STATEMENT, DESCRIPTION, PHOTOGRAPH, OR COMMUNICATION SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY LAW.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to:

Refuse any order
Cancel any order
Limit quantities purchased
Correct pricing errors
Suspend transactions suspected of fraud

If payment has already been collected, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

7. SHIPPING

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAD ERA COLLECTIBLES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIABILITY LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. INDEMNIFICATION
